Its been a year since we moved premises to our new boutique. How time flies!!
And what a busy year its been.
As well as securing new bridal designer labels last year, Donna Salado and Justin Alexander Signature Collection. We have 2 new designer labels coming to the boutique very soon! which we are very very excited about, we can’t wait to let you know who they are, watch this space for details , We have secured an amazing label exclusive to this area.
We have also introduced our mother of the bride collections with bespoke millinery hat options from Sara Gadd which have proved very popular. We have just expanded our range of Mascara Occasion wear with new season just arrived.
We have also now been running our new software system which has great features such as emailing and SMS texting to let our brides know when the appointments are with appointment reminders as well as other great customer focussed functionality, this software is continually being updated, so we are hoping for even more improvements next year.
We have also now updated our menswear hire facility which also has great options for our grooms and their party. Cameron Ross have developed a great try on service with internet based clothing service with sizing
Our ecommerce site is also being improved with recent software additions and we have been selling to Europe as well as here in the Uk and we even have had customers from Australia, so we now say we are an international brand!
We are really happy how our first year has gone since moving from Grainger Street, It has definitely been a good move both for us and more importantly our customers, our new boutique gets fantastic reviews from many people saying how amazing it is, which we are really proud of and we hope to add to this over the next year and beyond, Our customers also love the fact that they can park right outside and that we are open on Sundays too – this has proved very popular and its almost as hard to get an appointment on Sunday as a Saturday,
We still offer a great service with added refreshments and snacks, and occasionally we get some lovely cakes and sweets in too!!
